Cliff Point builds custom homes and major renovations in San Francisco. A founder I'd worked with before hired me to make the company look as careful as its houses. The work grew from the mark into how the company bids and explains itself.

I tried the name with and without a period, at different weights, with and without the registered mark, then set the final wordmark and animated it.

I designed and built cliffpoint.co in Webflow, including the San Francisco map at the top of this page. Project photography is the company's, not mine.

I built the bid template the company prices jobs with, organized by trade code. When the site needed a rework, I started with a questionnaire for the owner: positioning, services, ideal client, process.

The site and brand are live, and the company came back in 2026 for a rework.
